Using Byron
Byron is a writing assistant that helps you turn rough thoughts into polished social media posts. By using Byron, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
Your content
You own everything you create with Byron. The thoughts you send and the drafts Byron generates for you are yours. We do not claim any ownership or license over your content beyond what is needed to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use Byron to generate spam, harassment, hate speech, or content that violates any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
Credits and billing
Free accounts receive a limited number of drafts. Paid plans are billed monthly or as a one-time payment for lifetime access. You can cancel your subscription at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Availability
We aim to keep Byron available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Byron depends on third-party services including Telegram and AI providers, which may experience their own outages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via the email associated with your account. Continued use of Byron after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
